Dr Edward Karpman is founder and medical director of the California Vasectomy & Reversal Center, located in  Silicon Valley, California in the San Francisco Bay Area.  He has developed a busy center of excellence for performing vasectomy and vasectomy reversal using the latest techniques and the highest quality material. Dr Karpman is uniquely qualified by being both a board certified urologist and a fellowship trained microsurgeon who has performed countless vasectomy and vasectomy reversal procedures.  A native of California, he completed his urologic training at the University of California, Davis Medical Center where he received several awards for his research and publication.  Dr Karpman was then awarded a prestigious fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas.  There he specialized in male infertility, microsurgery and male sexual dysfunction.  Dr Karpman has been an invited lecturer locally, regionally and nationally.  He has authored numerous articles on the subject of male infertility and vasectomy reversal and serves as an editor for the Journal of Urology and the Asian Journal of Andrology.
