Pregnancy 8 years after vasectomy

From swamprat:-
What are the odds of a 34 year old women getting pregnant by a 44 year old man who had a vasectomy 8 years ago, and a pelleted semen analysis done that came back zero after the supposed pregnancy? I am in the process of having another analysis done ASAP. The women is insisting she is pregnant, and I am the father. There really wasn’t a relationship between us, and I think she is trying to create one. At first she said she was getting an abortion, then when I told her the test results, she got really upset and changed her mind, so she can have the baby and do a paternity test. I am married, my wife knows of the situation. She has never gotten pregnant in the last 8 years. I don’t want to get nasty with the women, in case there is a chance of her having the abortion , but really need to know if there is any way this baby is mine.

I’ve looked at the answers you gave to many people in similar situations. My supplementary question is have any of these people ever E-mailed you back to tell you they had paternity tests done to prove they had actually fathered the child ?? So many women wrote in to say they only slept with the partner that had a zero test result, and got pregnant.

Thanks for your time.

It is impossible for a man with zero sperm in his ejaculate to father a child. We have had many similar types of questions submitted for this confirmation and I have always recommended obtaining a paternity test if there is any question as to who the father really is in the relationship. I have offered these couples the opportunity to review their post-vasectomy semen results and paternity test to confirm if the pregnancy was truly the result of a man with a documented zero sperm count and not a single person has ever submitted any confirmatory results.

My husband and I split up for a while. In that time he had a quick drunken fling with a horrible woman who is now claiming that my husband has made her pregnant. He had a vasectomy 8 years ago and I have never caught in all that time. Before that I had 4 children so it seems as if the vasectomy worked very well.
She says her pill failed, so that is a double freak if that has truly happened.
What are the chances of her telling the truth in this?
She knows he doesn’t want a relationship with her because he told her and she told me in a rather cruel email that they were just casually comforting each other.
She has told him that she doesn’t want any money for the child so why is she even telling him then?
I think there is more to this. Maybe to hurt me? Maybe because she knows his family have money and the grandkids often get large inheritances?
Also we are pretty sure she has been with other men too although she claims she absolutely has not. But now my husband is distraught and has had to go through the embarrassment of having a sperm test done again. (waiting for the results, so sorry I can’t tell you yet).
Is there anything legal we can do for the distress, embarrassment and public knowledge she has caused if we find out she is lying and the baby (if it exists) is someone else’s?
    Thanks
