I had a Postpartum Tubal Ligation 3 years ago, my boyfriend said that he had a Vasectomy, is there any possibility of Pregnancy? Is this unheard of? Ever since I have had the Tubal ligation my body has been mimicking the pregnancy cycle. I had even lactated. Is this Normal? Thank you for your assistance.
The chances of a spontaneous natural pregnancy after either tubal ligation or vasectomy are extremely low. The possibility of this occurring after both procedures in the same relationship is even lower. There are other medical conditions that can mimic the signs of pregnancy. A pregnancy test can easily tell someone if they are pregnant or not. Lactation is a sign of increased hormone production or even infection in the breasts. A thorough medical evaluation should be undertaken if the pregnancy test is negative.
