Kindly review my results & advice me regarding my results.
A normal semen analysis based on WHO criteria is a sperm density above 20 million/ml, at least 50% sperm motility and no evidence of Pyospermia (Pus or Round cells) in the ejaculate. There appear to be several semen parameter abnormalities on the above report. It is important that at least two semen analyses are performed by a CLIA certified lab prior to establishing any diagnosis or commencing treatment. A semen analysis like the one above demonstrates a stress pattern with possible infection or excessive reactive oxygen species. Treatment would include antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and anti-oxidants. Consultation with a male infertility specialist would be useful.
