"No problems - Just do it"
It has been three weeks since I had my vasectomy. Prior to my "big day", I reviewed the comments on this board and they really helped to calm my fears.
On the day of the surgery, I took the prescribed valium and was relaxed. The surgery took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Very little pain during the procedure, but I had some minor swelling afterwards. I must have been a bit nervous though, when I got up the table was completely soaked with sweat. The nurse said this was normal and many patients literally "sweat bullets" during the procedure. All I can say is "don't sweat it - just do it."
