The John#2 story is hilarious. I felt like I was getting mine done all over again. Laughed so hard my wife thought I was crazy!
First one scared the crap out of me (John #2). It was funny but it sounded like he had a hell of a time. The others were more reassuring. I'm scheduled to go under the knife in 4 days. Actually looking foward to the relaxing weekend I'll get out of it.
September 1, 2007. I really like the update to the James' story. Not so much for the details of the procedure itself, but because of the story of how the decision was made, and the events in his life over the 10 years since the vasectomy. I guess it shows how despite thinking things through properly, life can still add it's twists and turns. It's made me think of the menopause as I too am considering it later in life at the age of 51. My wife is younger than me by a fair bit, but it's still going to be a factor in my decision. Thanks for being so honest and open with us. Great site (the best), please keep up the hard work.
