My vasectomy story
I had been mulling this decision over for years, when my 5 year old told me he was glad he didn't have a brother. I checked with my family doctor and found a urologist that I liked. We had the initial appointment and discussed many things related to children, my life and psychologically where I was at. I scheduled the surgery for a Friday...and we were off. I suggest at this point making sure that you and your partner are on the same page about your future. The big day came...no Valium...I had to drive myself and the procedure was nondescript. But he did tie a rubberband around my Johnson and place it out of the way!!!! Coming home is a little different, I felt fine, but just wanted to be careful. It is no big deal barring the complications that rarley occur. Lots of football, beer and understanding from my wife helped quite a bit. I truly reccomend this to anyone willing to take one for the team.
