On this page we help you to find a vasectomy doctor and check his qualifications. It's important to note that there are some websites that are paid directories. IE Doctor sends in $300, they get listed. We DO NOT link to paid directories. All of the links below are to member directories of the specialist board. Doctors are listed because they are certified in that speciality, and are qualified to be listed - not because they have paid to be listed. Please note that a Doctors registration can be with one of many specialists boards. Our list of boards is not complete, and you may need to check with the Doctor's specialist board. American Board of Family Practice	The ABFP is the second largest medical specialty board in the United States. Purposes include improving the quality of medical care available to the public. Establishing and maintain standards of excellence in the specialty of Family Practice and medical education for training in Family Practice. American Society for Reproductive Medicine	Member directory for vasectomy, vasectomy reversal and infertility specialists.
American Urological Association	Members directory. Enter zip code to search for association member in your area.
Australian Medical Council	List of state/territory medical boards. Most have the facility to check doctors credentials.
BANSV	British Association of NSV practitioners homepage. The organisation is new, and aims to promote the practices of the new UK guidelines well ahead of national implementation. Includes a member directory and information on the organisation.
British General Medical Council	Check on any UK doctor's qualifications and licence to practice.
Marie Stopes book online	Book a vasectomy at a Marie Stopes UK clinic on-line. Costs £400 (correct as of April 18, 2008).
Society for the Study of Male Reproduction	These are all fellowship trained male fertility specialists who perform many vasectomies on a daily basis. They are the governing body for male infertility specialists and the organization is part of the AUA. They don't include people in the listing just because they paid some monthly dues or asked to be listed on their website. They also have a Find a Doc section that will be easy for patients to use.
